Every day, according to the weather, a certain amount of time is spent outdoors. Activities are organised such as collective games, drawing with chalk, blowing bubbles, riding bicycles, planting in the garden and taking care of the vegetables. The children also spend time in the playground on the swings, slides, trampoline, seesaw and in the sand-pit.
Some field trips are organised for the children, such as visiting a stable to feed and ride the horses, discovering the surrounding countryside on board a local train, spotting deer and rabbits in the fields and boating on a nearby lake.
Around the village there are meadows where the children can find wildflowers and learn about insects. There is also a forest to explore and learn about the forest life.

What is special about the Borotin Children Camp is that it offers a unique method of meditation, called Sahaja Yoga Meditation, taught not only as a school topic, but as part of the children’s daily life.
In the last 20 years many scientifical studies have explored the potential benefits of "mental silence state" achieved by regularly practicing Sahaja Yoga Meditation. This method showed proven benefits in the cases where the subjects were affected by conditions like asthma, anxiety, stress and depression and also for children with ADHD.
The daily meditation consists of sitting in a relaxed comfortable position, in silence or with soft music for a short time, and establishing inner peace and inner silence that will last throughout the day.
